日本語1. Publication of Bulletin of the Society of Sea Water Science, Japan and Journal of Salt and Seawater Science
These journals publish peer-reviewed papers on all aspects of the sea water science. Bulletin of the Society of Sea Water Science, Japan is published in every other month and needs to be written in Japanese or English. 2. Annual meeting
We hold our annual meeting in the summer of each year (usually in June). The location varies from year to year but is always held in the worth visiting cities in Japan. Topics covered at the annual meeting include (i) resource utilization science (ii) environmental science (iii) life science, and (iv) food and cooking science, but are not limited to these areas as long as related to sea. Participants have opportunities to interact with renowned experts in the field via oral and poster presentations.
3. West-Japan Branch, Young researcher association, and Research workshops
In addition to annual meeting, various activities are held throughout the year organized by three divisions of our society; West-Japan Branch, Young researcher association, and Research workshops.
4. International activities
We participate actively in international conferences and symposiums to advertise our society and to expand international human network.
5. Other activities
Other activities include recognizing distinguished researchers, educational activity, and publication activity.
